Senior Theater Workshop
A workshop especially aimed at the senior population of the Municipality and developed at Cineteatro Municipal João Mota. Over five weeks, each participant shares their stories and life experiences. From them, a presentation is born.
The work developed aims to allow the intensification of the involvement of the Municipal Cineteatro with the local community, also enabling greater cultural enjoyment and a greater relationship with the performing arts.
It is the result of a partnership between Anime – Animation and Training Project and the Municipality of Sesimbra.
What will be your first thought when you hear the word “senior”? Who will be a Facebook user, an enthusiastic dancer or lover of “play”. There is no age limit to live life. Like each new year of life, a person has 365 opportunities to make life amazing.
So when you are 30, 50 or 70, you should know how to enjoy life to 100%. The story you are going to read today is about the daily life of happy people.
The graphic concept of this work was to recreate a photonovel in the style of the 70s and 80s that would represent the play on stage. The collected images were part of the rehearsals.
